@AlexJay2188 @GWittkamp10568 Frankly, it's what this team needs. They've had a sniper each of the last 3 years. If they can get Hausen to 45%, he would be a hugely valuable piece.

The most likely player AI predicts to break into this rotation is Jared Grey given his professional basketball experience. This puts Hausen and Miller on the outside looking in. But Hausen has beaten those odds before. Could Miller and Traore be Def/Off platoon at C?

@HighPointHoops @GWittkamp10568 I’d imagine some kind of limited 3 point specialist & Defensive specialist role for him. They have brought in more athletic wings with Grey, Sherman, & Torres. Fletcher is the center piece going into next season and will be odds on favorite for conference player of the year.

@GWittkamp10568 @HighPointHoops I don’t see Hausen playing as much this year. He filled in well for fletcher during his absence in Big south conference play. However, When it came time for the tournament he was clearly not athletic or skilled enough to play with the high major guys.

@HighPointHoops I could see Hausen following a similar trajectory to Chase last year, familiarity with the system keeps him a starter from ~10-12 games and then he may get shuffled out. That being said, if Hausen makes another jump like he did last offseason, he’ll be hard to keep off court.

@HighPointHoops Is there an accurate guage on how much $$ they spent in NIL this offseason? If I had to guess I’d say at least 3 mil?

He’s a skilled big man who can step out and can play alongside Kansas transfer Flory Bidunga at times. 

Pat Kelsey has now assembled a team that should be ranked among the top teams in the country heading into the season.

@JimmyandGriff I agree, 3-4 yrs is a realistic time line for the A-10. I think with the NIL they are willing to spend they would be competing with St. Louis, and VCU right out of the gates. They are already getting high major caliber guys now in the big south.

We need to win 2 more Big South chips before we move, Although I see the A10 calling our name - we'd be nothing but a middle of the pack team right now - we need to continue to make it to march and win games in march. Think about it like a resume...Good start but not good enough
