Hello Team Facebook, Since the outage faced by your team 20-25 days back where all your platforms had crashed I have been logged out of my Facebook account and have not been able to login ever since. I have submitted all kinds of documents. 1/2 @facebook @Meta @facebookapp

@MetaNewsroom Right like we should even trust you to be a part of protecting elections. You can’t even get your own crap together! Your accounts are getting hacked. People are getting locked out, it’s ridiculous! Clean up your own house first!

@BlueCheese608 @Meta Did you find a way to fix it? I’m still stuck. It is not letting me login, when it eventually sends me a code I get logged in and then it logged me right back out.

Just spent 3 days in a circular password/recovery code hell with @Meta support. I would totally delete my Facebook account if I didn't need it (minimally) for work. When step-by-step help pages are no longer valid, it would be super if those URL's were deleted or re-directed.

@facebook I've been trying to access my Facebook since Friday but anytime it gets to where I'm supposed to get SMS code because of the two factor authentication I did, it's always saying "we can't send a code right now".Please, help look into it, since Friday. @facebook @facebook

@MetaNewsroom The problem is still not fixed. Two factor are authentication is still not working and it’s two weeks later. Please fix this. I use my account professionally. It just says we cannot send you any more codes right now. It has been over 48 hours. Thank you.
