@AlexMLowe @SamMunnery All of that is true (although the “two penalties”are marginal) but that doesn’t change the fact that the referee took away an advantage, that he had given and called. I’ve never seen that before and England only kicked the ball through because they had an advantage .

I still cannot believe this. Wasn't even mentioned in the post-match TV analysis.

@OllieLJ @SamMunnery I’m not saying it wasn’t a mistake nor that it didn’t matter. I’m saying it wasn’t decisive on its own. That mistake alone not decide the match.
