Of France's 30 6N tries, 16 came from outside the opp 22, whereas almost all of England's had rucks in the red zone.

@scrumpox1 I’ve written that in the piece. Sounds like you haven’t read it.
English

@CharlieFelix You haven’t factored in that England had no jeopardy, a free hit with nothing but pride on the line…add some meaning, real tension and the cracks will appear all over again
English

I don’t think even in the height of optimism after 12 Test wins that England supporters would have thought their side could plunder seven tries at Stade de France. But it happened.

I am running the London Marathon next month for Pancreatic Cancer UK, because my wonderful uncle was diagnosed last year. Raising a bit of money feels like a small way to help stop another family going through this.

@CharlieFelix Looks to me like 20 defenders chasing in fairness... oh that would be the shirts

Spencer was superb, but Van Poortvliet came on with France leading 38-32 and was integral to England's (excellent) seventh try. On his kick at the end, England weren't keeping possession for two minutes just outside their own 22. Right decision, let down by chase.

Deepish dive into England’s attacking performance in Paris, which was excellent but left questions for the future. 👀 Open-minded on kick-return 6️⃣ Lineout weaponised again ⚡️ Scrum halves zig-zagging ♻️ Far better multi-phase thetimes.com/sport/rugby-un…

Joined by @tomhamiltonespn for some more composed reaction to France-England, before wondering if England will change their coaching staff.
Also The Rugby Bunker's first (but potentially not last) outfit change. Thanks @adidas for the 🔥 stash. youtube.com/watch?v=jwYnEb…

@casrugbyshirts Sure, but that wasn't the case on Saturday.
English

@CharlieFelix Maybe, but it was still an interesting decision.
If a team needs points late in a game, giving the ball to the opposition and hoping for a penalty is a low percentage play.
English

@casrugbyshirts Arguably should have won a breakdown penalty off the back of it too
English

@CharlieFelix Leicester gave the ball back to Bath with less than two minutes to go when they needed points to win a final last season. Maybe it’s a club thing.
English

@JHJCSports Ha yeah - it was easier at the ground in fairness
English

@CharlieFelix Shows what a farce the shirt clash was, that you really have to zoom in to see how the kick chase was
