The value positioning of AI has to lead to public utility, it has to be free to everyone. Otherwise they took the beauty of humanity and all its products and stole it, taught metal to replicate it, and sold it back to us as a product and they’ll be forever hated for that.

Your mind has to map space time as a default state, your body has to run all of its processes. It’s such advanced intelligence you can’t comprehend it. We are so far away from duplicating the complexity of the human system.

In this instance feeling is an extension of reason. Feeling is the response of a subconscious trained for x amount of years and a system they’ve developed to do the heavy lifting of thinking. Conscious thought as a practice isn’t even really sitting there running thoughts back and forth in your head it’s also a very latent and fickle process.

Don’t try to use reason with people. Most don’t think, they just feel. Almost nobody is reasonable.

I was talking to a friend about this earlier. Intelligence as a tool that humanity can wield is a net positive when it comes to advancing our dominion over reality. The only time it becomes bad is when it replaces humanity. AI can iterate at 100x the speed of humans nonstop. It will solve many problems. People are mostly just revolted by AI slop from dilettantes who aren’t truly creative.

I think people are desperate for a spirituality that allows them to maintain their sense of sanity, a spark of hope, and encourages them to make sense of artificial intelligence on the level of their souls. I think finding this is the most important task aside from AGI.

Harsh truth: if your name’s ruined, it’s because you handed over your ‘art’ to a bot and sold it as yours. Publishing’s a joke if this flies, expect more frauds crying foul when exposed. No sympathy here.

Leftism to this degree is a state of being. I don’t think these people would be so psychotic if they weren’t responding to something abnormal. That being said they are wrong and everything they do produces bad results that hurt innocent people via the exertion of their will as opposed to the natural order. I guess it could be argued they are a symptom of the natural order though since humans are just at the top of the hierarchy in the animal kingdom and this is what some of them try to accomplish.

The right wing hippy is a much more logical archetype than the left wing hippy. Nature itself is inherently right wing (i.e. hierarchical). All left wing politics are utopian (i.e. opposed to nature); leftism is defined by the violent imposition of man-made constructions like “equality” onto a wild, unequal, raw reality; the flattening of the Cosmos. The only natural analogue to left-wing values is heat death, the theoretical end of the universe, where all structures (i.e. differences, inequalities, borders) are dissolved into a state of maximal equality (i.e. nothingness), and which all living things resist by the very act of being alive. If you love living things and desire a natural way of being, you have to be right wing
