Dunno WTF this deadlift/squat form is supposed to do but 115 pounds and 125 pounds for a dude that's supposedly 260+ pounds isn't a lot of weight.
Also, NEVER EVER DROP YOUR WEIGHTS like this, ESPECIALLY on a bench.
