@MerseyPolice I've seen a black Seat Ibiza FR driving at dangerously high speed on Banks Road and Westbourne Road in West Kirby. Both 20mph zones past shops and houses. Lots of parked cars and families around. Saw him park, go on his phone then carry on.

Very sad to hear that Quentin Willson has died. He was so kind and encouraging to me as a rookie researcher on Top Gear and The Cars The Star, and was always fun to be around. And when it comes to classic car TV, nobody did it better. Thanks Quentin.
