They say that failures are the steps to success. I'm a failure. (for now) Here's a list of all my failed/discontinued projects, how they failed and what I learnt 😐 It's also a story, of how I learnt different things. This is gonna be a long👇

To give some context: I’m a forever positivo. I also had so many failures, but those failures brought me to where I am today ;-) I connect the dots afterwards and the network that you build even with those failures is valuable. That’s my one piece of advice never lose the people connections out of sight even if things aren’t going well. Somewhere along your path you might cross them again for the right timing and the right success moment.

Every company is an 'AI company' now. Same way every app was 'blockchain' in 2018.

Supply chain risk in the country where they have 90% of their deals. Messed with the US government. Legal battle will drain them. As a scaleup you want to avoid this. Also no tech giant is going to want to acquire them with this type of legal battle. Zero end-to-end control (don’t forget the AWS and Microsoft also have government contracts. They will easily stop their “strategic” partnership with Anthropic just like that). Operating at huge loss. lol all other AI players. Enterprise budgets are where every AI real player is counting on. Zero big enterprise deals in sight for Anthropic (think IT governance that is shady at point and Dario still not retracting that software engineers will be replaced by AI.. I only see senior software engineering vacancies increasing) I would give it 70-80% chance of going bust no?
