It’s an Agile Mini Conference.
What does this mean?
The agenda is open to target each attendees needs
Morning will focus on specific technical areas of focus
The afternoon will be soft skill related
We will share our priority needs individually on arrival and use each other to find the solutions to help develop each other
Collaboration is the focus of the day
