@NeverSinkDev I think they should have left it. “Game isn’t finished yet” mindset and majority of people were happy to have something to aim for. Let them enjoy this side of poe2. Instead of bringing it down - bring everything else up a few notches. Especially the worthless league mechanic.

Personal take: Nerf was warranted, mechanic was about 4-8x better than the next best thing and obviously too good, BUT... the game urgently needs something new to do in the endgame. At the very least the temple needs buffs. Ideally some new high-risk high-reward tablets or something similar could be introduced to give juicers something to do

@NeverSinkDev One thing I’m interested to see is how async will blow the standard market wide open since people don’t have to be in standard to make sales. They will log in once to list stuff and leave it up while playing the league.

The introduction of Async Trade in PoE1 will significantly change the prices and availability of certain contents. Here are some changes I expect to see: - Heist Contracts/Blueprints will drop in price, but will also be an easy revenue source for most players - Heist equipment and idols will have an expanded market - All other pseudo- map-content like Expedition blueprints, ultimatums, unique maps will likely sell well, drop in price and their related rewards will also drop in value. I expect a LOT of sniping here. - T17/Zana maps you're not interested in will sell well, but for reduced prices. I expect some groups will be very busy sniping the right T17s - Filled ritual vessels will be a WILD market. - Chasing down corruptions will be super viable. I suspect many cheap uniques (~2-5c) will sell a lot better, as players will attempt to hit certain corruption targets. This also applies to jewels. - Quality/Overlevel gems will likely all drop in price slightly, but will also sell VERY well. - Good fractured/synthesised items will be in solid demand for recombination experiments I expect that this will have quite a few effects on the filter as well.

If you have played CoD in past years you know how awful SBMM is all around and how big of a change this is. 5 years of complaining from the community.. insane.. This might actually make me play some CoD on launch.

@NeverSinkDev With PoE1 it feels like your mirrors are worth getting and using on your gear becuase there is always a challenge that pushes your character. Void maps are a massive positive for PoE1. Essentially force people to upgrade and also remove equipment entirely from the market..

The thing with PoE2: there needs to be more of it in the endgame. This is not a terrible thing, but still: Two days ago I was still struggling through the campaign. Now I'm farming highest tier of xeshts and rituals and T15 with tablet stacking. There is nothing really beyond that. Only farming for the sake of incremental improvements. No new huge layer of upgrades, no interesting challenge to pursue. However, there is a good side to this. The systems are pretty solid. The crafting system is getting there, skills are a lot better (NOT sorc spells while leveling), lineage supports are cool. There just needs to be more content now. Better uniques, more bosses. Challenges worth pursuing.

It would be hard to imagine if there was a game this year to top Expedition 33.. finally found the time to play it. Very few games I put in the Masterpiece category and that one deserves a spot. #Expedition33
