The devastating impacts of the crisis in the Middle East: - @WFP's operational costs are up 20%. - 1.5M fewer people are receiving life-saving food. - 45M more people may be pushed into hunger globally. This is the human cost of war. My conversation with @greta at @NEWSMAX.

@j_fishback @KingstonBooke Fishback is polling in single digits with zero endorsements. Byron is projected to be the next governor of Florida. That's it. I can't wait until Fishback concedes and he has to get a real job.

Great analysis by @KingstonBooke

Let’s recap today’s findings. A poll is released showing Fishback rapidly gaining on Byron Donalds. Fishback 35%, Byron 46%. Now a poll was just released showing David Jolly beating Byron Donalds by four points. Previous polls show the inverse: Fishback beating Jolly by 4 points. Why does Fishback outperform Byron in the general by so much? Fishback reaches demographics that wouldn’t typically show up to vote in the midterms. Gen Z Conservatives, Independents, Libertarians, and yes even some Democrats. All of the above are repulsed by Byron because he went to D.C. 5 years ago, increased his wealth by millions, increased our debt (the deficit) by trillions, and he answered only to AIPAC & Blackstone. Byron has gone on record saying he is a “liberal”, abortion is a “personal issue” which he doesn’t want to ban in Florida, he’s been arrested twice for theft and selling drugs. You see the energy in Fishback’s rallies. The crowds. The chants. All over the state, every day. They’re calling it Trump 2016; even liberal news outlets who hate us are. You’re starting to see these things reflected in the polls. Fishback is polling higher than Mamdani was at this point in the primary. At the end of the day, your primary vote won’t matter if the candidate loses to the Democrat. If you want Republicans to win on November 5th, we need Fishback to win on August 18th. We can’t let them turn Florida into California.

Florida is ready for something better. A new Change Research poll shows us leading Byron Donalds in the race for governor. It’s clear Floridians are responding to a message focused on lowering costs, protecting freedoms, restoring decency, and delivering real results. This is momentum. Now we keep going. Florida can be better. And together, we’re going to prove it.

The crowds for Fishback are massive and the support is real, no matter how desperately his critics try to pretend otherwise.

All the fishback campaign does is lie. Almost every single poll has Byron beating Jolly. Every single credited poll.

@KingstonBooke Here is the reality. Fishback is polling at 5% with zero endorsements. He isn't going to win the nomination. Byron is projected to beat Jolly. Another questionable poll from a one man operation that doesn't disclose methodology means nothing.

@mtgreenee You are a terrorist loving antisemite neo nazi who quit as soon as you could collect your taxpayer funded pension. That is disturbing. It bothers everyone that Massie took money from Pro Hamas donors and is helping neo nazis into office.

Fighting antisemitism means protecting Jewish communities – not using our fear to score political points or advance anti-democratic agendas. The Antisemitism Response and Prevention Act offers a real path forward: Security resources, stronger hate crime coordination and support for students, while defending democratic freedoms. We’re proud to support it. Join thousands speaking out for a serious response to antisemitism: ✍️ act.jstreet.org/sign/antisemit…

Palestinians deserve dignity, medical care and the full flow of humanitarian aid. A clinic in northern Gaza is treating up to 500 patients a day – without antibiotics, basic supplies or even enough chairs for patients. All because Israeli authorities imposed new restrictions on international NGOs and continue to restrict humanitarian access.
The New Yorker@NewYorker

After Israel began expunging humanitarian organizations in Gaza for failing to comply with new rules, a Doctors Without Borders team was left scrambling to establish a permanent clinic. Read about how Israel’s new restrictions on N.G.O.s make it even more difficult for humanitarian aid to reach Gazans: newyorkermag.visitlink.me/huUHZP

@jstreetdotorg Hamas using hospitals for terrorism was a big mistake. There would be more supplies and more places to seek treatment. When Hamas jailed and murdered hostages in hospitals, I didn't see them saying one word.
