This driver is trying to ma a left turn and the car on the opposite side stops and makes a path for them to turn. As the car starts to turn, an electric bike in the bike lane comes speeding down and well, as you can see, smashes into the car and flips over the front. Luckily he gets up and is walking. He could have been seriously injured. To me, this is quite literally why they say you’re not supposed to just stop in the middle of a street to let someone turn. Some are saying it’s the red car’s fault for stopping and letting the driver turn. Others are saying in their state, an electric bike is like a motorcycle and has to obey the traffic laws. Who is at fault? Do you think the electric bike should have been in the bike lane traveling that fast? The red car for letting the car turn left when it can’t see, or is it the drivers responsibility to make sure all is clear before proceeding?

This guy is using the left hand lane , which is open. There is a mile long backup and everyone is over in the right hand lane. He drives all the way up until he has to merge. Some people are saying what a jerk he is for not getting in line like everyone else, but a great many people are saying that the cars in the right lane merged into one lane too soon and that if they had used the left lane, instead of being a mile backup it would have been a half a mile backup. What’s your take? Do you think he was correct in using the left lane and merging up at the front or should he have merged right and got in line way in the back like everyone else?

This runner is going from second to third base and there is going to be a tag play. As you can see, she jumps in the air with her heels out and kicks the third base girl with her cleats right into her chest. The third base girl drops the ball and crouches in pain. The third base girl was okay luckily. But, no out call or ejection by the umpire. Some say they don’t think it was intentional, that maybe she was getting ready to jump and try to go around an impending tag. Others say she just blatantly cannon balled her. Not sure if they were wearing metal cleats or not. Regardless, if that were my kid I’d make her apologize to the player, the coach, and then her rear end is on the bench. What do you think? Does it look malicious? Malicious or not, should she have been ejected? Or, is it part of the game, it’s rough, it’s tough, we move on?
