It’s out! We identify mutual exclusivity between microsatellite instability and HRD. BRCA1/2 mutations in MSI-H tumors are predominantly monoallelic passenger alterations which may not predict PARPi sensitivity. Rather patients may benefit from ICI. ascopubs.org/doi/abs/10.120…
