@models_by_Russ Democracy isnt fixed so it's outcomes aren't either. There may well have been a narrow majority voting to leave a few years ago but the voting demographic has changed since then and the balance of opinion has changed with it. A new vote now would certainly be for rejoining.

@mrpamason @BBCNews 1) Named driver doesnt have to be the disabled person but it's a condition of use that each journey must be "for the benefit of the disabled user" & 2) The vehicle can be kept at the drivers home (if different) but this must be within 5 miles of the disabled persons address.
