@jk_rowling Meanwhile, I’m working through anxiety with Prisoner of Azkaban and the Patronus spell - I’ve decided to produce my own by keeping a “Love” journal of everything I see each day that I love. Figure I can make a Patronus strong enough to keep those dementors at bay!
