@HalifaxBank having the same issue as others reported logging in and seeing other peoples transactions but my bank balance. Obviously worrying to see that and wondering if my account has been compromised but glad to see it’s a technical issue and not fraudulent activity.

@EE Thanks I spoke to somebody who has moved me to an All Rounder plan and told I would no longer have to pay but I’m still being charged for data while abroad. Can this be resolved?

Hi Alexandra, I know that must be confusing if you've been charged when you should have an add-on to cover it, and that can certainly be looked into. If you give us a call on 150 from an EE mobile, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone, you'll be able to speak with one of our guides for help checking that over.

@EE I’m currently in Malta & was told on Mon by customer service I wouldn’t be charged for data & my EU roaming add on had been re-activated. How come I have been charged for data? I was guaranteed I wouldn’t be. Please can I have this sorted and refunded?

It was part of my package to stay on with EE, negotiated last year. I’ve been a customer for 22 years.
