Aside from the mass of BlackMagic’s IP hardware announcements today (which were vast!)… The release of Fairlight Live is what ATEM users should really be looking at. It unlocks a lot and I can see it getting even more powerful in the future. Oh and it’s FREE 👏

@PatrickStirling @Blackmagic_News Paired with the Blackmagic Ethernet Switch is how I imagine they want you to use it, but there are other switches out there with 100G QSFP28 ports too, like Ubiquiti etc. BM making a huge push with IP2110 and I wouldn’t be surprised if we see a lot more of it announced at NAB 👍

DeckLink IP 100G now available. Supports 8 channels of simultaneous Ultra HD capture and playback on Windows and Linux and 4 simultaneous channels on Mac. We are working on increasing the number of channels on Mac and have reduced the price from US$1795 to US$1495.

If you’re into F1, the #HighPerformance Ep with @graeme_lowdon & @mrjakehumphrey is well worth a listen. Eye opening story behind the fight to keep the Marussia team alive in the toughest and most tragic of circumstances. Safe to say that Cadillac F1 are in good hands.
