I designed the gradient headings to capture that balance of luxury and welcoming atmosphere. A touch of premium elegance with a hint of warmth.

Hero section with a perfect visual hierarchy. We obsess over hierarchy and messaging because they impact conversions and engagement the most. Your headings decide whether visitors scroll or leave. Clear. Concise. Visible. That’s what grabs attention and drives conversions.

@Making8 What about individuals? Because the questions come from individuals in most of the cases.

"I don’t have the capacity for answering every single question in all DMs I get. But if your question is not worth paying for, then it’s actually pretty easy and you can resolve it yourself as you did. So it was not worth my time either." Here, I said it. Let's start respecting people's time and expertise. You don't just call the first lawyer you found to ask her/him a quick question about your specific case. You don't message an accountant you don't work with to ask a quick question about one of your transactions. Why then is it ok to message an SEO you've never met or talked to before to ask a quick question about your or your client's site? I don't get it. #SEOKristina

@Making8 @azarchick Don’t people ask a question because they want to share what they need (what they think they need)? Imo, no difference. The only difference is that you answer someone’s Qs paying with your time or you take a compensation for your time in the form of money.

@azarchick A question or a consult? These are very different things.

@XavierNaudeau @azarchick Charging money for consultations is also helping. Moreover, when you charge money, you help even more, bc the person who needs your help should learn how to ask questions, get a skill to make money, manage their time and respect time of other people. Finally, people DO the work!

@azarchick I deeply disagree. Part of the responsability of people with knowledge AND visibility is to help. That's the SEO spirit in which I was raised and I still apply to myself. Listening doesn't mean you have to solve a problem but you can always provide guidance.

Valid point. Totally agree with you. Figma gets better and better. At the same time, looks like it becomes more a DesignSystems tool for big companies. Some features made Figma easier to use (fonts, autolayout). Other (colors, properties, dev mode) made the tool harder to learn.

Is anyone else a bit worried about the level of complexity creeping into Figma? Balancing "make design accessible" with constant feature requests from a vocal power user base has to be TOUGH... FWIW I think they're doing great. But each Config they steepen the learning curve 🤷‍♂️
