@VirginMoney Yes took all my details and the faster payment transaction ID number.
But she was told they had all been done and it could take a couple of days to track the number. But I’m going on holiday Thursday morning I haven’t got a few more days to wait!

@VirginMoney paid on Friday 9am still no funds!!! Spent hours on hold to speak to you assured funds Monday as an A Team was going in over weekend to resolve……I am going abroad today! I am sorry is all you can say. Wholly unacceptable

@VirginMoney@AskVirginMoney got two invoices paid yesterday that have gone missing? Got payment confirmation from the sender and seems to have happened to a lot a people and still no response from virgin? Has anyone else had any answers from virgin?
