یہ ان کی جہالت ہے. جنرلائیزیشن کا قائل نہیں ہوں لیکن یہ تعصب پڑھے لکھے افراد سے لے کر ان کے مولوی تک میں ہے. ایک تنازعے کو نسلی فساد بنالیا ہے. یہی ان کے سماج کا پوٹینشل ہے جو آج تک دہشت گرد نکل رہے ہیں. اتنی نفرت ہےتو دوسروں کے علاقوں میں جاتے کیوں ہیں؟ غیرت کھاۓاور ادھر ہی رہے.

A guy killed a Pashtun because he asked for his loan to be paid back. In revenge, the victim’s family killed the same guy. Police arrested the victim’s family members, including women, but these assholes will never tell you the whole story, and they are giving it a Punjabi/Pathan ethnic touch.

Even when we see educated people talking about rights, people who studied abroad, speak fluent English, and can quote Fanon and Marx with confidence, talk about national questions, equality, state repression but they still stay silent about the lands their families held for generations and the wealth and power they continue to draw from them. Lawyers, politicians, judges, even activists, academics all speak about exploitation in theory, but very few are willing to question the feudal structures that benefit their own class. You will hardly hear anyone seriously talk about land reforms or giving land to farmers. The system only changed its appearance. Many children of feudal families became more ‘angrez’ after studying abroad and gained greater exposure to the world, yet they rarely speak about the inequality and unequal power structures from which they continue to benefit. Without land reforms, no amount of education, technology, or new laws can truly change the condition of ordinary people in Pakistan. A small wealthy class continues to dominate the country, and their children remain the biggest beneficiaries of this system.
