@AbdiwahabSheik7 Let us assume that selling a piece of land owned by a sovereign country is totally unlawful. But, the Russian empire had the legitimacy to deal with the United States about Alaska's sale. Col. Muse Bihi has no authority whatsoever to sell, even one inch of Somalia's property.
English

the Russian Empire transfer Alaska to the United States for a sum of $7.2 million in 1867 (equivalent to $125 million in 2022) at a cost of $0.35 per acre
Alaska was initially seen as a remote and relatively unimportant acquisition, but it later proved to be rich in natural resources, including gold, timber, and fish, and became an important part of the United States.
Unfortunately Col. Muss Bihi sold Lughaya, Awdal region of Somalia cheaper than Alaska, they promised him to get share of Ethiopia airways that went almost bankrupt.
What an idiot politician!!
