MLA Hazratbal @salmanalisagar attended the function as guest of honour alongside CEO Srinagar, ZEO Nishat and officials from R&B the executing agency. Both leaders assured all support from their end for facilitation of quality education and also termed hon'ble CM's vision for education as a landmark.
