Players: Of course you want it. All players want to win, start games & play at the next level. Working for it is what gets you there. Without it, you have no chance. Higher levels of success require higher levels of sacrifice & commitment. No way around it. It’s not for everyone.

Coaches: If U love your players hard w/o pushing hard, U never get them to achieve. If U push hard w/o loving them hard, U never get them to care. Start by letting them know U care about them as people first, but U have high expectations too. Don’t leave them to doubt either one.
