My driver was amazing. She deserves this tip. She has great ratings. It’s was a long friggin drive in bad weather and no help coming in from Uber. If anyone has any thoughts on how to fix this I’m all ears! I’ve also tried through browser and still nothing. Help! 😩

Reverting back to add a tip. I have reached out to uber multiple times and have no resolution and it’s now been over a week and they still don’t have a tip! I then started thinking HOW MANY DRIVERS have missed out on tip’s because of this glitch?!

I tried to add the tip back in and every time it would say it was saved it would disappear. What?? I finally figured out how to contact support and they told me to delete app update iOS you know the drill. So that’s what I did, and still it would not save the tip. It keeps …

Why couldn’t I tip her what I believed was what she deserved? Anywho I adjusted it to their max tip amount and hit save tip. It then said tip was saved and I went about my day. Later I checked the app to make sure all was good and lo and behold the tip had disappeared…

After the delivery was complete I went to add a tip into the app. Again this was my first Uber experience ever…I have never even been in an Uber before. So when I went to add the tip it first said it exceeded the maximum tip allowed. This was my first ick from the platform…

@Uber_Support It will NOT save the tip I’ve tried everything including updating app, iOS, adding tip through email receipt it will not save it. Please check your DMs.
