rudaw.net/sorani/kurdist…

Based on my sources within Kurdish parties, none of them received any weapons during Iran’s protests. @TreyYingst #IranWar

NEW: The United States sent guns to the Iranian protesters through the Kurds, President Trump told Fox News. "We sent guns to the protesters, a lot of them," President Trump told me. "And I think the Kurds took the guns."

People are doing their best to stay connected, and sometimes we are lucky there is a 20–30 minute window where communication becomes possible, allowing information to come through from inside. Two things stand out. First, the regime is urging its supporters to fill the streets at night, making it difficult for anti-regime supporters to go out. Tactically, this appears to be aimed at preventing anti regime protests to break out. Second, it seems that little remains of the regime’s institutions in Kurdistan. Those I’ve been able to speak with describe it as “Kurdistan is cleaned up” a term they use in a positive sense. #IranWar
