Either I'm getting a bit stronger or didn't work as hard yesterday as although I'm a bit achey today I can walk up and down stairs without my quads screaming at me. I can see why people enjoy weightlifting. I feel strong when I come out the session.

Plymouth has a special place in my heart after spending my student days there. Shocked and saddened to hear about the events last night. Thoughts go out to all those affected 💚
