Things I am most surprised about after running a non-bank bank: - the # of folks who want their statements - the # of ACHs that return for insufficient funds (R01s) - the sheer cost of providing a bank account (kyc, fraud/AML, baas, network fees, cx, $$ movement, ATMs, interest)

Just a reminder on this #IWD2022 (and every day) that not only in the year 2022 is there a pay gap, there's also an RRSP gap and for the tech industry, a stock options gap too 🙃 and these are even worse if you're not a CIS white person.
