If you’re taking BPC-157, here are a few suggestions: - Start low and BE CONSISTENT. A ton of people jump straight to 500mcg+ a day. but unless you’ve got a really bad injury or gut issue, 250-500mcg daily is plenty. I personally run 0.5mg before bed every night. I take it SubQ in my love handle region or top of the glutes. - Inject locally near the problem area if you can by SubQ injection. Do not go direct into the muscle. For tendon, ligament, muscle, or joint stuff it hits different when you pin close to the site. If you're looking to have systemic gut or full-body benefits, stomach shots or even oral capsules do the job. - Pair it with actual movement and rehab. BPC-157 is a game-changer for healing, but it multiplies when you’re actually doing the work. Physical therapy, light resistance training, loading the area properly or hell even water aerobics. I’ve seen way faster recovery on tendons and joints when I’m not just sitting around playing video games. - Support it with solid nutrition and recovery basics. High protein, collagen, vitamin C, and zinc make a noticeable difference. I keep hydration HIGH and make sure sleep is dialed in (8+ hours nightly). This stuff already helps with inflammation and repair, but giving your body the raw materials just speeds the entire process up. - Most importantly, stack smart if needed. I love running it with TB-500 (the “Wolverine stack”) for even crazier tendon/ligament repair with minimal side effects. It's important to listen to your body and run 4-8 weeks then reassess. The biggest misconception on BPC-157 is that it's a cure-all drug or an overnight fix. This is why I highlighted the consistency in the first suggestion and pinning locally in the second suggestion. I do powerlifting and adding BPC-157 to my regime has been a total game changer. I've never had to go above .5mg as I'm only doing a maintenance dose! I know many people who have had extensive injuries that pin localized to said injury and have seen unbelievable results in a short period of time.

@EmersonDickie yup, it's perfect for speculation, the type of speculation some hyper intellectual presenting billionaire can sell to the public. 'magic internet money outside regulation will make the world great' BTC pumps to 120,000 and does non of that

If I was “elite”, I would think that Bittensor TAO is perfect to pump and create cult-following that doesn’t sell at extreme valuations. So I’d buy and get my buddy’s to buy. Then I’d work to sell Bittensor to the public.

Meme coins are a zero sum game. Over a long enough time horizon those who know how to win accumulate wealth whilst the majority lose. There is no future speculative value that can be derived or recoup a loss to an investor. Memes only worked because people had money they could gamble with. Both the liquidity to gamble with memes is gone + the time horizon where wealth has accrued to the elite meme traders is ever increasing. I would imagine it absurd to believe meme coin X from 2 years ago will come back. There is no value there to the reasonable investor. What are they to do? use their last little bit of savings to try and beat meme god trader on meme coin 999999? memes will only come back when capital rotation is available. That means first and foremost solid projects that can affect the worlds paradigms must rise all boats. Insane evaluations on speculative assets must come back first. Then the games can begin again.

It’s genuinely impressive seeing how far agentic AI has come. Self-optimizing, self-healing agents already at work. We’re all looking forward to what ThoughtAI’s adaptive AGI engine can unlock as these systems become more intelligent and decentralized. @Thought_THT $THT #ProofofEvolution #Nuances #AGIEngine

The two best things about crypto through all the scams, rug pulls, degenerate memes and culture etc. was: 1. There was an enormous amount of the best and brightest builders, problem solvers and product teams in the space experimenting 2. Capital efficiency and accessibility (especially for retail) No other time in history could a smart or lucky retail investor find and invest into a product or team on the ground floor (or close to it) with little friction. It pains me but the current and the future state of the market seems to show that abundant era is over.

I have been sourcing my peptides from AminoClub.com IF you decide you want to go that route and try them out make sure to use PEPTIDEX at checkout for 20% your order All mine are injectable. But SubQ. So you use a VERY THIN insulin needle that goes just below the skin. If you inject in the love handles or top of butt cheeks you can’t even feel it.

Peptides are a genuine godsend. I put in 10 weeks of INSANELY hard work the past 2 1/2 months. Took a break from everything except my hormone peptides (Enchlomiphene & Kisspeptin), even taking a one week break off Retatrutide. Hunger cravings came back and I’ve been eating much more than normal the last 14 days. I’ve been back on Reta for a week now & it took about 8 days for my body to finally adjust again. I got in my head that I had gained a stupid amount of weight. Truth is. I’m up 2lbs total from my lowest weight at the 10 week mark but most importantly I looked in the gym mirror today and LOVED what I saw. Capped shoulders, arms filling my sleeves completely out, midsection flattened and legs looking solid. I won’t give all the credit to peptides. My diet was dialed in for 10 weeks straight along with my sleep schedule. However, the peptides have been incredibly beneficial. The BPC-157 helped with overall inflammation allowing me to show up 5-6 days a week to train. MOTS-C turned every carb I ate immediately to energy I could use. Reta curbed my hunger desires by 95%. This allowed me to hit my 1800-2000 calorie daily goal and fill it with foods that were protein rich instead of snacking with empty BS. The Tesamorelin was arguably the most beneficial though. Within the first 4 weeks I had friends in the gym coming up saying I looked solid asf. I’m so looking forward to cycling back on this ASAP. Long story short, I know peptides are becoming the popular buzzword. But for good reason. Before you knock it and write it off as a scam industry, please please please do some research on them. ESPECIALLY IF YOURE OVER 30. 🦾🫶

This is a decent explainer of $MRDN 's path forward
PoliticDaddy@DIYSolarReady1

ChatGPT is bullish AF on $MRDN: This roadmap post is by far the clearest signal yet of what Meridian is actually trying to become — and it’s a big step up from vague “AI payments” talk. Let’s break it down properly 👇 ⸻ 🧠 The roadmap (decoded simply) From your image, Meridian is outlining 3 core pillars: ⸻ 1️⃣ Trustless refunds via UMA Protocol (used by Polymarket) 👉 What this means: Refund disputes handled by decentralized arbitration No company decides — the protocol does Why this matters: This solves a REAL payments problem: chargebacks disputes fraud 👉 UMA already powers dispute resolution in systems like Polymarket, so: Meridian is plugging into proven dispute infrastructure, not inventing it ⸻ 2️⃣ Fee-free x402 settlement via Circle Nanopayments + USDC bridge This is the biggest piece. What it means: Payments using x402 Settled in USDC With near-zero fees (batched settlement) This aligns directly with what Circle is building: Gas-free micropayments Sub-cent transactions Machine-to-machine commerce 👉 Translation: Meridian is building ON TOP of real financial rails — not competing with them ⸻ 3️⃣ mrUSD (their own stablecoin) Native stablecoin Built for: liquidity settlement AI-agent transactions Why this matters: This is the boldest move. They’re trying to control: their own economic layer inside the system ⸻ 🔥 What this roadmap REALLY shows (big picture) This is no longer just a “token project” Meridian is building a full payment stack: 🧩 The stack looks like this: x402 → payment protocol Circle / USDC → settlement rails UMA → dispute resolution IPFS / Pinata → receipts & proof mrUSD → internal liquidity layer 👉 That’s: end-to-end financial infrastructure ⸻ 🚀 Why this is a BIG upgrade from before Before: “AI agents paying each other” (idea) Now: Payments ✅ Refunds ✅ Disputes ✅ Settlement ✅ Stablecoin liquidity ✅ 👉 This is: actual system design — not just narrative ⸻ ⚠️ But here’s the critical reality check This roadmap is ambitious — borderline aggressive Because they are trying to compete with / integrate into: Stripe (payments UX) Visa (settlement/disputes) Circle (stablecoin rails) 👉 That’s a massive execution challenge ⸻ 🧠 How traders + builders read this 🟢 Bullish interpretation They’re thinking like: infrastructure company, not token project Leveraging: Circle (real rails) UMA (real dispute system) Building full stack early 👉 This is how category leaders are formed (if they succeed)

miners bro. How do you think CFB economically incentives miners to join the network? and what do you think the miners do with those coins? lol its a game of whether CFB can get enough miners and achieve his AI goal. YOu're the guy who bets on that. either you watch qubic go to 0 or you win

I think you're looking at the wrong areas. There are some projects that are in the couple hundred mill range doing very interesting things like Qubic. there are also absolute micro caps 200k > that are still spawning Then there are project that would be a couple mill in a bull market but are non the less building, reppo, eMdR, Odai etc.

This is the first time in over 6 years I find myself losing interest in crypto. And it’s not bc we in a bear market. Last bear market was more interesting. It’s bc most things have been tried & failed, there’s a sense of jadedness creeping in & too much hope & idealism met w disappointment. And stuff which is actually interesting, like ZHCs, just bleed out like everything else, so holding almost anything is a fool’s errand. Plus liquidity so poor you spending a lot of time to make peanuts, can’t enter anything w size, so it feels pointless. TLDR; this bear market has too many structural problems all coming home to roost at the same time. The dullness goes beyond simply being a byproduct of a bear, it’s more related to almost nothing working, ever, for years on end. Maybe the Clarity Act will help somewhat.

kaspa hasnt had a major upgrade since mainnet. covenant hardfork may 5th changes that native assets coming to L1. devs can issue tokens on kaspa like erc20 on ethereum. theres a new language for it too, silverscript, built specifically for kaspa smart contracts already doing 10 blocks/sec with parallel block mining. programmability is the missing piece $KAS $0.031 / $848M mcap
