A memo from the U.S. government’s third PURSUE drop reveals that Flying Discs show up in intervals and that the Pentagon can predict when a flap is imminent. In fact the Pentagon figured out how to predict their appearance by 1948 and is likely still aware of their pending arrival times today.

Why does Elon Musk believe we have to act with extreme urgency to make life interplanetary? Has he been briefed about some upcoming planetary contingency—incoming asteroid, micronova, pole shift, etc.?
However, he seems oblivious to the existence of secret space programs that already have millions in space, on Mars, the Moon, Ceres, Ganymede, etc.
The real question is not when will we become an interplanetary civilization, but when will the secret interplanetary civilization be revealed.
