@AlienCatsBooks ooohh what's some of your faves? i know "we'll prescribe you a cat" by Syou Ishida but i think that's the only cozy japanese slice-of-life fiction that i have read before

what do you guys do if you're in a reading slump? i'm amazed by readers who still read a short book or re-read a favorite to fight the burn out #booktwt

@AlienCatsBooks Oh god it's awful. It started off promising but lost its momentum halfway through, by the end it was just a mess. It didn't make a single point it tried to set up. The "twist" was supposed to be a gotcha but it was twist for the sake of twist and it made the story worse.
