Ladies and gentleman, there it is, meta publicly admits they were pressured by the illegitimate Tanzanian government to remove 3 accounts or face being banned in Tanzania, they complied by removing 2 accounts and restricting one.
I was aware, even before Meta issued its statement, that there had been pressure from the illegitimate Tanzanian government to remove our accounts.
Meta’s platforms—Instagram and Facebook—are currently the only major social media services still operating within Tanzania. It is important for Meta to recognize that, the government under the illegitimate President Samia Suluhu is unlikely to ban the one remaining platform that the public heavily relies on. Should such a decision ever be taken, the responsibility would rest with the government, not with Meta. Meta should not bow to political pressure that suppresses dissent.
Meta has a clear opportunity to take the principled stance that X (formerly Twitter) took when it declined to assist the Tanzanian government in actions perceived as suppressing dissent. By doing so, X protected the ability of citizens to speak freely.
I therefore urge Meta to immediately reinstate the accounts that were removed and restricted. Meta should allow the situation within Tanzania to be shaped by the actions of the government itself, rather than becoming indirectly or directly involved in measures that are contributing to limiting freedom of expression. Meta should uphold the same standard that X adopted—refusing to play a role in actions that could be used to silence the Tanzanian people.

This is what happens to genuine complaints, the world listens. ICC has accepted the genocide submissions and have agreed to investigate Samia Suluhu of Tanzania and dictator Museveni of Uganda and his soldiers. There is overwhelming evidence in our hands to support and substantiate the indiscriminate killings that took place in Tanzania.
