@JustEatUK Your driver delivered the wrong Morrisons order. I messaged him 3 times with no response and reported it immediately. I had to reorder the items myself, yet you're refusing a refund for goods I never received. What exactly was investigated?

Once again, you’ve played a blinder and provided a bad service, @JustEatUK. I order £71 worth of food and the delivery driver delivered someone else’s Reordered and they are refusing to refund original order. Rubbish service. Dissapointed

£67 order - delivered wrong order. Chased driver down who said couldn’t do anything. Cannot get through to them - just a computer. Ridiculous customer service

@lenovo_UKI Absolutely rubbish. Customer service is scripted. Have had to call numerous times for money back and still have not got it. Will never buy again or recommend. Very disappointing

@JustEatUK Ordered 2 meal deals from McDonalds. Melon bags did not arrive - sent in a complaint straight away. Received email saying having looked into it they cannot refund. Asked numerous times why? £1.98 refund not in line with their policy!!! Fake customer service.
