"I've done this for a long time" is the most BS argument ever. It is used by powerful people to shut down less powerful younger people who disagree with them without providing a valid reason or argument. You could be doing the wrong thing "for a long time", and many do.

Busy weekend. 3 rushes + weekend sign-out 8 cases Rushes: 1.ATN in kidney transplant pt 2.Myeloma kidney in a pt with AKI, serologies pending. Geometric casts (see below), kappa light chain 3.TMA in a pt with malignant hypertension. Onion skinning & fibrin thrombi (see below)

Esta puede venir desde la epidermis hacia la dermis, el tumor en la epidermis sería in situ y desde ahí invade la dermis. Es un Paget invasivo. Hay que descartar que la dermis esté invadida por tumor infiltrante profundo directamente.
