@MichaelRosenYes Michael, may I apologise on behalf of my fellow citizens for the vile remarks some of them have directed at you. I am ashamed to be connected with those people. Congratulations on the award. My grandchildren love your books

Ha! I’ve just been refused entry onto a plane from Stansted to Bologna because my passport issue date is March 2016. The expiry date is August 2026 but the rule is 10 years from issue date. Another Brexit benefit. Apparently. Go home now.

@JemmaDem I actually thought this was a wind up, until I saw some of his other comments about civil servants 🤔

We're delighted that the Mayor has officially unveiled our Footprints' mosaic which has been designed to commemorate our 10 year anniversary of supporting local people. Volunteers, staff, clients & members have all contributed to the mosaic, making it a true community project.

For record levels of child poverty on Teesside. For destroyed industry on Teesside. For polluted oceans and and dead rivers on Teesside. For disappearing tax payer money on Teesside. For education, health and skills erosion on Teesside. For crime and chaos on Teesside. #honours

Mike Harding AKA Lord Hardinge of Dribblesdale
They lied. Amateurs and chancers with no understanding of the complex networks built up over 40+Yrs. A Tory civil war morphed into the last kick of a dying Empire. Public school boys built it and destroyed it. Oh the irony.

@JemmaDem I echo what Jemma has said, thank you. I did, however, get into more than one 'discussion' about this issue on the doorstep, but certainly not the main issue locally.

Cllr Jemma Joy Lib Dem 🔶🔶
Thank you for standing up for humanity as a whole. I will add that while campaigning in the local elections, speaking to hundreds of people on doorsteps this ISN’T what people are concerned about. Tory rhetoric about it being the number one issue is untrue. We must do better,
Paul Scriven 🔶️@Paulscriven

Today @LibDemLords led by @brianpaddick will do our upmost to stop in it's track's this inhumane piece of Conservative legislation. We are far better than this as a Country. You don't treat the most vulnerable as political pawns and expose them to such subhuman arrangements.

@severnaya66 The Borough Council agreed in October 2022 to adopt care experience as if it is a protected characteristic so that we, as a public body, can be more proactive in seeking out and listening to the voices of care experienced people when developing new policies based on their views.

Tonight I'm calling for the immediate resignation of Cleveland Police PCC Steve Turner and will be following up with a formal complaint to the Local Policing Panel. This behaviour is completely unacceptable

Care Experience - many care experienced people face discrimination, stigma, and prejudice in their day to day lives. Public perceptions of care experience centre on the idea that children are irredeemably damaged and that can lead to discrimination and assumptions being made
