@sainsburys I bought 2 packs of what was advertised & listed on my receipt as "Scotty's Brand Ayrshire New Potatoes" but what I got was 2 packs of Scotty's Brand Baby Potatoes, from Ross-shire. Not the same thing at all! My Ayrshire potato-obsessed dad will be v disappointed!

@Matt_Q_OnX @EE They did speed tests when I phoned before and they agreed that they were slower than they should be so they did something at their end which they said had brought the speed up. But I’m not convinced. It is v hit or miss. Feels like 1998 around here!

@AlisonKerr1 @EE Have you a device with an actual WIRED connector that you can plug straight into the router, and run speedtest.net on? Something is misconfigured but what you don't want to do is have them send someone out and charge you for the 'privilege' of fixing something easy.

How is it possible that switching to full fibre with @EE means a return to the days where you're looking at your watch wondering how long it is going to take a page to load? The non fibre broadband I had with BT before was much, much faster.
