I'm heartbroken to share the news that we lost our beautiful Laura in the early hours of this morning. She was fierce & tenacious to the end & it was truly the honour of my life to be her mum. We are devastated at the thought of life without our girl, she was a force of nature💔

@ScrtDrugAddict So sorry for your loss. I shared my book with you a few years ago, about my brother who died from addiction. If you recall it, you may remember that I wrote my way through grief. I couldn’t talk either but writing helped me enormously. Something to consider? Even just for you.

My little brother was found dead 4 weeks ago. It took me 28 days to even tell anyone that he'd died. Friends keep checking in with me but I can't talk about him. I can't share my pain. It's all I have left of him. If I share it then it might go away & I might forget about him
