Loyal Border Collie Molly waited an entire week by a remote waterfall in New Zealand’s wild backcountry after her owner Jessica Johnston plummeted 55 metres down a cliff. Jessica was helicoptered out with a split elbow and bruises, leaving faithful Molly stranded alone in the bush. Volunteer team from Precision Helicopters (funded by $11,500 public donations in just 8 hours) finally located her in the dangerous rocky, misty spot. Pilot Matt Newton hovered low while crewman Wayne climbed out, bribed her with sausage and carried loyal Molly to safety. I couldn't help but notice his medals I just had to go and ask him about his life and say thank you for his service to our country. He became really overwhelmed and cried.
