What does it take to convert one of the biggest hospitals in Europe to ePrescribing? 14100 prescriptions 865 patients 40 wards 2 days. 2500 people trained in 2 weeks. 2 years of planning 9 month pilot. 1 awesome team And an unquantifiable "we can do this" attitude.
