Rodri can actually score goals, physically command his area, play a pass further than 10 yards, is a leader and closes down shots at a really, really good level.

This is a really good question. In Spain from the age of 9/10 every child playing football is taught to play the Spanish way. In England we don’t even have a winner or loser in some age groups incase it upsets them. Huge difference in mentality.

IQ is a good arguement though. You couldn't press Busquets because he thought so much quicker than everyone else and you have to add context why would he need to do all those things when he has machines further up the pitch? He facilitated everyone

Ask people what Busquets is better at that Rodri and they can't tell you. They'll say "IQ" lmao. Rodri has no flaws. Can use both feet, pass short and long at an all time level, score, assist, defend, much better leader, has the personal accolades to back it up too. Best 6 ever.
