It’s 10:37… I sat down to study AML & MM and somehow ended up decoding random abbreviations. Dear doctors, why is everything an abbreviation? 😭 PCN = Poorly Cohesive Neoplasm… how was I supposed to guess that?

A patient yesterday asked about a “simple” eye procedure… while on Palbociclib (neutropenia and delay wound healing side effects) 👀 The plan was timing it at the end of the OFF week when blood counts start to recover. #ClinicalPharmacy #Oncology #MedFacts

honestly, I was amazed

Yesterday in clinic, I saw something I didn’t expect at all A patient with a brain tumor… and my doctor mentioned something called a “BCNU wafer.” At first, I thought it was just a name.
But it’s actually tiny implants placed in the brain after tumor removal. #oncology

صراحة على عكس ما كنت متخيله عم بشوف قصص نجاااح وقصص صبر وأمل وصراحه من بداية دوامي للآن ما شفت حد عم بستنى يموت (على الرغم انه المريض بكون عارف انه الكانسر انتشر بكل جسمه)!! الله يشافي كل المرضى يارب 🤲🏻

بعيداً عن جو الstress يلي داخلين فيه بسبب الحرب الغير منطقي واسبابه المفروض من مئات العقود لازم انحلت ! بس كتير عاجبني الدوام في ال oncology 👩🏼‍⚕️

اليوم كان آخر يوم دوام أطفال كتييير كان كيوووت 🥹💗💗💗

اللَّهُم لا تجعله آخر عهدنا وأعده علينا أعواماً عديدة ، وأزمنة مديدة

@dradam الشيء السيء انه طالعه اشاعه بتحكي :"أخر وقت الكافييين عشان يروح الصداع يلي بتحسه أثناء الصيام" وهي اشاعه سيئه جداً لانها بتزيد من فرص الجفاف

النوم الامثل في رمضان برأيي (بدون ما تكون ممل): جدول نوم ثنائي bi-phasic: 5-6 ساعات قبل السحور قيلولة طويلة 90-120 دقيقة بين الظهر والعصر اذا لا بد تشرب كافيين، قلل الكمية الى النصف من المعتاد ولا تشربها غير بعد الافطار مباشرة وقت الرياضة؟ بعد العصر وقبل والمغرب
