The V6 TDI engine is a monster.. lots of power.

I have seen a 5br unit being sold for 28m on Kamiti road. If you want to build your own house, you should use this as a benchmark on how much money you need to have to build it.
Lamd around the area is 6-8m for 1/8th (50x100) I would allocate 7m for this venture.
