Only reason you think fading is overpowered is because the contests and blitz steals aren’t great in nba 2k26. If you buff contests and blitz steals you can stop faders (blitz them going wide) Making everyone able to fade makes it an even playing field. When fades were OP first couple of months of 2k I didn’t care if I played a cheater.

@NBA2KLab For anyone who doesn’t get it… the tempo throw IS the green window for rhythm shooting. There’s more risk trying to time the tempo motion than releasing X or square at one specific point, especially when there’s no added boost for doing it.

@NBA2K I called this happening 2 years ago. The writing was all over the wall. This was the whole point of removing teamup and then adding triple threat park. So obvious 😭😭😭

In Madden Superstar Mode, your player gets Jersey Number priority over your teammates, so you can wear whatever number you want. Hopefully 2K does the same in the future. Idc if Tyker Kolek wears 13, this is MY career, not his.
