This will be my first ever tournament on NBA2K26, all the money will be going towards my friend’s funeral. I will be paying the winning team out of my pocket. Let’s come together as a community for a good cause.
Fyi this was season 8.5. My point was to bring up matchmaking cause I keep hearing eomm nonsense. Just want to reassure you that there is no hidden system holding you back. Only us as a community. If we want our games to improve, we need to improve.

@Fqtstop @_oFAB @StatenIsland2K I agree with 100%. My argument is as an INDIVIDUAL, it’s harder to win in Siba than a byot. So if I was @JoeKnowsYT , I can build a squad and compete and have a high chance to win byot. But if you take him to Siba pros, it’ll be a challenge that’s way harder.
But I have to win a Siba ring regardless. The access to those players is better, but doesn’t make it more so a big chance for me to win a Siba ring. You just said they all in tight clic, and compete against each other. Then why aren’t they multiple champions in Siba? Answer is, they can’t. So winning is tougher. As apposed to HOF or UPA, they have a better shot because they have 10 teams, 4 are all stacked. One of those 4 will win. That’s 25%. In Siba, you don’t have 25% chance to win a Siba ring. There is so few double or triple champions in the spam or 1.5 years.

In Siba, I seen teams beat super teams. Nothing is ever set in stone. So it’s harder as an INDIVIDUAL, to win a ring at the pro level.
Yo Fab you think SBMM would actually drive away casuals from 2k or will they stop playing (for that reason specifically) Maybe I’m bias cause ima comp player but I wish SBMM isn’t good for the game or the algorithm that determines who u play should be revamped other than your plate.

Unpopular opinion… I NEVER use the Jump Shot Creator. 😭🎯 I’ve been using the default Steph Curry jumper since Season 1, and I haven’t changed a thing. No tweaking the release speed. No blending animations. No spending hours in the creator. If your timing is good, your timing is good. 😤 Sometimes I think 2K should scrap the Jump Shot Creator and just give us more elite preset jumpers.
