The Rams replaced all these guys almost instantly: Sammy Watkins -> Brandin Cooks Marcus Peters -> Jalen Ramsey Jared Goff -> Matthew Stafford Cooper Kupp -> Davante Adams ..... and Davante Adams was where Rams fans said: "I don't believe it, lies." Kinda funny.

@RamsBrothers They drafted him to be the back up qb. He’s only played in the preseason. He’ll never fetch anything close to even a sixth or seventh if McVay doesn’t show enough confidence in him to make him the number 2.

@QBsMVP It’s just a different position imo. Not necessarily a knock. Trent can do both. In that way, he’s very similar to Puka if you flip the script. However, there are a ton of players that don’t have that versatility.

Why is playing nickel CB seen as a knock? Majority of offense happens between the hashes and it's gotta be hard as hell working a potential 2-way go every snap. Doesn't really make sense to me, other than maybe it's easier to double up in there.
