@EastSideStaff I have seen it in Pharmaceuticals in the past, some CO’s just pay better. But I can also say that Leaders can write some really “meaty” job descriptions with big league titles and significant experience requirements when they are looking to pay entry level type of salary.

Is this true in every profession? I talk to #TA and #HR pros in similar roles, similar sized companies, similar industries... and their compensation can range like 100k....just talked to an internal TA pro who was earning over 300k, at a level that others make 120k.

@WhineandDine This is a great point. I remember someone telling me back in my Morris County SHRM days “you are clearly a giver” due to the time I dedicated to the Chapter and helping fellow HR practitioners. I really appreciated that acknowledgement/recognition of my volunteer efforts!
