It’s 03:18 and I’m currently doing life saving work and just found out that the chances that I will lose many of my rights as a female is high. It feels like a fever dream.

Today I learned some physicians still prescribe ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine for COVID & when a pharmacist denies to fill it, these physicians try to get the RPh’s license terminated? I’m so tired of fighting for pt safety just to be told that my career/education is a joke.

People will never know how much this commercial influenced our conversations in middle school

Seen this video of a girl spiking her friend’s drinks with candy to show them how easy it is and I think every woman needs to watch this. It is such a good demonstration. Very eye opening.

My iVents range from “provider accepted recommendation” or “clarified order and discussed risk vs benefit” to “below is a screen shot of the conversation with the provider. Provider stated they do not care about interaction.” 😂

MD: “please don’t reply or send any more messages. My phone has been going off all night and I don’t want another alert.” Me: “well then maybe try correctly ordering medications so I don’t have to message you to fix them.”

I remember people calling me OUT on here for my opinion on how we utilize and try to mandate residency programs for pharmacy and I’m SO GLAD people are starting to talk about it more now

People who work night shift or 7 on/7 off: how do you find time to workout? Do you workout before or after work? I’m struggling with time management of fitting workouts during my 7 12s 🥴

Anyone notice there are more vancomycin orders when there is a full moon?

Will never fully understand why providers will keep their status in epic “available” and have sign and held orders placed in the past 3 hours, but get mad when you try to contact them about the orders when released because they are at home. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Change your status then 🤧🤧

Like this new hyperK insulin/dextrose dosing algorithm depending on renal fxn and BG (<100, 101-250, >250) @Dybs_PharmD et al Also adds to the growing lit showing no diff in K reduction with 5 vs 10 of insulin. Can we just do 5 units for everyone yet?
