Some barriers are that a large portion of the community isn’t as tech savvy and may not have the proper resources. #CSUBTEd #csubedte4200 @doctor2pi

@tom_karnes @aavina33 A2: ELL students tend to need support in basic phonics skill, especially at a young age. I implement the online program "teachyourmonstertoread". This program is free and helps student build strong phonological awareness in a fun and game-like manner. #CSUBTEd @DrEddiesClass

My son's teacher just recently held a lunch over zoom as an incentive. It gave students the opportunity to talk with her and their peers about things other than school. #CSUBTEd @DrEddiesClass
