Just saw the new Michael Jackson movie “Michael”. It was simply outstanding. Highly recommend you see it. Went with wife & kids, and they absolutely loved it. People were clapping at the end, and dancing during. A few observations because I’m weird: 1. Michael Jackson was a phenom. May not see another like him ever. I’d forgotten how much of a phenom actually. 2. Janet Jackson is not even acknowledged in the film. I’m sure there is a story there. I’d bet it’s around IP and $$. 3. The integration of AI (video & audio) was seamless, and it’s only going to get better. As outstanding as it was, it will never be that bad again. I think we are underestimating the change AI is going to make across human endeavor. Go see it. 👍. 10 out of 10.

Call me old school, but I want manual transmissions to make a comeback. Anyone who can drive a stick shift uphill without stalling is made for greatness.

@AllisonMDstack @AllisonMDstack Same, same, same. We were stunned at the photos. I'm convinced there were some mental health challenges at play with the tenant. But somehow he managed to be very clear-headed about staying in the unit, without paying. 🙄

So. I just got these photos from my contractor for a small apartment I own in Washington, DC. I have had it for years but we recently have gotten a string of bad tenants. We finally evicted the current tenant, it only took three and a half years. At this point, you just have to laugh so you don’t get angry. The place is wrecked. Not “needs a deep clean” wrecked. I’m talking new carpets, new drywall, new appliances basically a reset button. And the smell? Yuk. Why am I sharing ? Because sometimes passive income is not so passive. And sometimes you need a gentle reminder to just buy #Bitcoin.

Last night I dreamt a #bitcoin cost $1. I buy 200. I tell myself "after all you've been through NOW you decide to be conservative?" I empty our bank account, 4K more bitcoin now $1.7 each. The entire dream I'm terrified because I know only nuclear war can cause this price.
