Last year, I stood in front of folks in my district and asked a simple question about the University of Michigan: Did they actually get rid of all the DEI departments and staff to comply with President Trump’s executive order? I asked them to raise their hand if they believed U-M had truly complied. Not a single hand went up. Then I asked if they thought U-M was just going to keep doing it anyway and try to hide it. Every hand in the room shot up. My constituents were spot on. The only ones who bought what U-M was selling were the gullible politicians. Time to stop the games. Michigan families deserve honesty, not more taxpayer-funded ideology. nationalreview.com/news/dei-is-al…

Finishing an insane week on college campuses with another fired up crowd at Michigan State University 🔥 This movement is growing everyday 🇺🇸

The world is a sadder place without Charlie Kirk

Michigan would do well to increase time outdoors as part of its education reform. In my past research on this, studies showed increased productivity, academic success and improved behavior and mental health. @deboernancy @SylviaRhodea @JoeMoss

Taking a walk outside -- getting sun, exercise, and fresh air -- is better for depression than any SSRI.

More great news today as @realDonaldTrump is moving forward aggressively with the project to keep Asian Carp out our Great Lakes. The Illinois state government has been holding it up, and so the army will now manage it through Michigan. And for good reason. We have done our part to protect the Great Lakes here in Michigan, and we’re happy to take the lead on this now. President Trump has been a great partner ever since we discussed the importance of this project in the Oval Office last year. He cares deeply about our state, and he knows this is a big priority for our lakes, our economy, and our state. Thank you for your vote of confidence, President Trump!

The idea that parents have to kick their children out at 18 is a new one and very American. Families for all of history lived close-by and worked together to survive. If your kids are contributing to the household and becoming better versions of themselves, then why kick them out? The world is cruel, and Americans more and more struggle to buy houses or even afford rent. Help your children

Thank you to ABC News for issuing a correction to this story. The problem? Their original, misleading story received 10M views and panicked people across the country. The correction only has 100K views. Fake News is real and it is dangerous. The Trump White House is working 24/7 to keep up with it all and fight back.

We love how you are fighting for kids, @TimTebow. But you are committing a base-rate fallacy, confusing raw numbers with risk. “Dads” (which you often distinguish from stepfathers) appear in more abuse cases largely because they live with far more children. But when you compare rates rather than totals, the most dangerous adults in the home are consistently *unrelated* men. That is measurable when it comes to sexual, emotional, and physical abuse, as well as the dramatically higher rates of child filicide by beatings (120x) at the hands of stepfather's and mother's boyfriend That reality is so widely recognized that the presence of a cohabiting, unrelated man is sometimes seen as a *predictor* for abuse. No researcher would say the same thing about biological fathers. Rather, their presence is associated with lower overall levels of risk. You are sending the message that biological fathers are dangerous when, in fact, the exact opposite trend shows up in the data. Statistically, a child’s own father is the safest man in their life. We want your message and ministry to go far. You are doing heroic work by drawing attention to abuse that too many people ignore. But the way this is being communicated reinforces a dangerous fallacy- that a child’s own father is just as, or even more, dangerous than other men. That framing suggests it is inconsequential (or even beneficial) for a mother to leave a non-abusive father and move in with someone else. Or that she can go to a sperm bank and deliberately create a fatherless child because biology is irrelevant to a child’s well-being. Or that single motherhood is no serious concern because fathers are presumed to be such a danger. Biological fathers do sometimes offend. We have just never found any other household configuration that protects children better than their own married mother and father raising them together. If we really want to protect children, we need to get this right.

🚨 JUST IN: Sec. Marco Rubio just WENT OFF for 12 minutes straight DECIMATING fake news attacks against America and President Trump obliterating the Iranian regime You can tell Rubio knows his stuff. He's BUILT for this moment. GREATEST SECRETARY OF STATE = MARCO! 🇺🇸

Parents—not the state—have the constitutional right to direct the upbringing of their children. Always a fact. Always true.

M Street and Wisconsin in Georgetown taken over by a large crowd of celebrating Iranians, chanting USA USA … not what I was expecting during my run today.
