last year was just relapse after relapse. such manic, scary mental health. so many fights. no hope. we're only 5 months into this year but it's SO MUCH BETTER than any of last year. the physical pain sucks, but i'm working on it. i have hope. i can see happiness in my future 🥺

She just finished a brutal 5-day straight shift in one of the busiest battalions and firehouses in the LAFD as a paramedic firefighter saving lives, running nonstop calls, only to come home and turn into a literal potato on the couch. 🥔 Words can’t describe how proud I am of this incredible woman. Her strength, heart, and sacrifice blow me away every single time she walks through those doors.
